Select the appropriate Escalation Reason
When escalating a case, you must specify the reason for escalation in the case tracking system

Refer to the IC Order Process Reference Document for the appropriate Escalation Reason to use for the task you cannot resolve.

Select the appropriate reason from the Notes and Reason Code fields.

Which Escalation Reason Do I Use?

	If there are multiple unresolved tasks, select the Escalation Reason for the task that prevents the order from being Booked. If there are no unresolved tasks that prevent booking, use the Escalation Reason for the first in the list of unresolved tasks
