The Internal Use Only Note is a Quickpick field (F2) in Oracle.

Enter the Relevant Internal Use Only Note in Oracle

In addition to the Order Defect Note, you must also enter an Internal Use Only Note with escalation details in Oracle.

Internal Use Only Notes in Oracle are used to communicate with the individuals who receive the escalated orders. It is important to properly document any troubleshooting you have attempted so far as well as any information about further action required.

The Internal Use Only Note should be entered in a standard format and must contain the
following information:
     SOLCAT case number
     Task(s) that cannot be resolved
     Additional escalation details
