Enter the Relevant Oracle Defect Note in Oracle
When escalating an order, you must also enter an Oracle Defect Note in Oracle. The Oracle
Defect Note is used to tag orders that are not booked at initial entry due to incomplete or
invalid information.
 

The choices in Oracle are:

     Other order prob
     Config error
     Product error
     Pricing error
     Trade-In error
     PO invalid
     Request date > 90 DAYS
