Select the Appropriate Escalation Queue
The Escalate Case screen displays. The next step is to escalate the case to the appropriate queue. There are two main queue types to choose from:
Theater exception:        - GBB-ESC-APJ - GBB-ESC-EMEA - GBB-ESC-US      Global Dirty Orders:    - Ord-Resolution-GBB
If you are escalating the order because of a theater exception, select the queue that corresponds to the theater from which the order was submitted. For all others, select the Dirty Order queue.
